- Handling operational tasks across HR records, purchase orders, contracts, and budgets

- Contributing to projects and programmes, delivering on time and within scope

- Producing clear, well presented documents and presentations aligned with brand standards

- Managing email correspondence, drafting responses, and escalating as needed

- Working collaboratively with EA colleagues to enhance ways of working

About You

You're someone who thrives in a role where no two days are the same. You enjoy being the go-to person who keeps things running smoothly, anticipates needs before they arise, and brings calm to busy environments. You take pride in supporting senior leaders and understand the value of discretion, empathy, and clear communication.

You bring:

- Well developed organisational skills; able to manage multiple priorities effectively

- Experienced in supporting senior stakeholders with a proactive, solutions focused approach

- Discreet and thoughtful when handling sensitive or confidential information

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

- Comfortable using collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
