About Us


We are a small, family-run group operating two well-established residential care homes known for their warm atmosphere, exceptional care, and modern approach to technology in care. Our Head Office in Hertfordshire coordinates finance, HR, compliance, and quality management for both homes.

We are now looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive

Executive Assistant / Administrator

to support the Director and assist with the day-to-day running of the group.

The Role


This is a varied and rewarding position with a mix of administrative and project-based responsibilities. You will:

Provide executive and administrative support to the Director. Cover administrative duties for a maternity leave post at one of the homes (remotely, with occasional on-site visits). Prepare staff hours, pay rates, and salary schedules for both homes. Manage correspondence, letters, and emails on behalf of management. Support small projects, audits, and compliance documentation. Liaise with care home managers and staff to ensure smooth operations. Maintain filing systems, records, and trackers for HR, training, and quality assurance.

About You


We're looking for someone who is:

Exceptionally organized, efficient, and detail-oriented. Confident using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently. A clear and professional communicator. Familiar with care-home administration or payroll processes (quite essential).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 15,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 18 per week
