Are you an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant looking for an opportunity to work closely with senior leadership at a strategic level?


We're looking for a proactive and trusted professional to provide high-level support to our CEO and wider Executive Team -- ensuring strategic priorities are met, operations run smoothly, and communication across the organisation remains seamless.


In this pivotal role, you'll act as the right hand to the CEO -- anticipating needs, managing priorities, and helping translate strategy into action. You'll coordinate leadership activities, streamline internal processes, and support key initiatives that drive organisational success.

What you'll be doing:



Executive & Leadership Support



Manage the CEO's diary, travel, and logistics. Prepare agendas, materials, and minutes for leadership meetings; track actions and ensure timely follow-up. Anticipate priorities and deliverables to enable smooth operations. Support strategic planning and internal communications for the leadership team.

Operational Coordination



Maintain centralised business calendars and reporting schedules. Promote cross-team communication and reduce operational silos. Ensure key meetings, deadlines, and events are visible and aligned with strategic priorities.

Information & Document Management



Draft, edit, and format high-quality reports and presentations. Maintain accurate filing systems, databases, and CRMs. Manage sensitive information with discretion and integrity.

Financial & Administrative Support



Process expenses, invoices, and purchase orders. Track budgets and highlight opportunities for cost efficiency.

Project & Strategic Initiatives



Conduct research and analysis to support informed decision-making. Contribute to cross-functional projects and organisational milestones.

Stakeholder Engagement



Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Represent the CEO and organisation with professionalism, diplomacy, and confidentiality.

What We're Looking For:



Proven experience supporting senior leaders or executives. Outstanding organisational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Experience managing cross-functional calendars and communication flows. High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment. Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable:



Experience in education, technology, or high-growth sectors. Exposure to international and cross-cultural environments.
