Job purpose:
This role requires a proactive executive assistant to provide essential
day-to-day support across our Accounts, Sales, and Central Marketing
teams. You are the glue that keeps our systems accurate, our
communications flowing, and our projects on track--ensuring our people
can focus on delighting clients and driving growth.
You will be responsible for:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to Accounts, Sales and
Central Marketing teams.
Keep CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) updated with the
latest client and transaction data, including information from the
accounts system.
Perform accurate data entry and conduct regular audits to
maintain data integrity.
Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense claims as
needed.
Support the Central Marketing team with admin tasks.
Handle overflow support calls, logging details and outcomes in the
CRM.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other external partners to
coordinate meetings, deliveries, and information requests.
Support the Sales team by chasing contracts, agreements, and
necessary paperwork.
Undertake general administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties to help
our business run smoothly.
The skills and experience which we are looking for in our Executive
Assistant (DCME) are:
Essential
Proven administrative experience, ideally within an accounts,
sales, or marketing function.
Strong proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce,
Dynamics) and Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Organised multitasker with the ability to prioritise and meet
deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused mindset, comfortable liaising with internal
teams and external stakeholders.
Desirable
Experience with invoicing software.
Basic graphic design skills.
Previous involvement in event planning or coordination.
Additional Information
This is a full-time role based in Leicester; hybrid may be considered.
Job type: Full-time, permanent, some out of hour's work may be
required from time to time.
