About the role:


The Global Leadership Team is looking for a flexible, organised, and proactive individual to support and oversee the day-to-day activities of the leadership team with a high-level of professionalism and confidentiality.


You\'ll be joining a team located across North America and the UK working in partnership with the team to organise & facilitate meetings, capture minutes and actions as well as creating plans, timelines, presentation decks, establishing engagement surveys and feedback loops between the department and leadership team.


This role would suit someone with excellent interpersonal skills with a high level of attention to detail


This role can be based in either the UK or the US and will require some international travel as and when required to support leaders at meetings & events.

About you:

  • You have experience as an Executive Assistant supporting multiple executives concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have a high EQ with strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and with different audiences.
  • You will have excellent time-management and organisational skills with the ability to work on your own initiative to tight deadlines, using judgement to make decisions and prioritise your own workload.
  • You are highly adaptable - to changing priorities, diverse needs of the individuals you support, new software systems, and able to handle the various challenges that present in a dynamic workplace.
  • You will have a collaborative approach to work and liaise with the right teams to move things forward.
