More about your role
In this role, you'll take ownership of optimising your Director's time by managing schedules, filtering distractions, and ensuring key meetings and materials are well-prepared. You'll coordinate seamless travel and expense arrangements, handle inbox and deadline management, and support the creation of high-quality reports and communications. Your ability to work independently, manage confidential information, and engage with senior stakeholders is key. You'll also navigate internal systems confidently, supporting financial and administrative tasks while ensuring all processes align with company policies.
This is an FTC until March 2026 to cover maternity leave.
Essential Criteria
Proven experience as an EA or PA supporting senior leaders
Handles sensitive information with complete discretion and professionalism
Remains calm and composed under pressure
Proactive self-starter with strong prioritisation and multi-tasking abilities
Skilled in organising complex meetings and managing executive schedules
Represents leadership with integrity, professionalism, and approachability
Strong customer service skills with a focus on positive relationship-building
Confident in engaging with both internal teams and external stakeholders
More About you
You bring proven experience as an EA or PA at a senior level, with the utmost discretion, confidentiality, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. As a proactive self-starter, you're skilled at prioritising, multi-tasking strategically, and organising high-level meetings. You represent senior leaders with professionalism, integrity, and approachability at all times. Ideally, you also demonstrate strong customer service skills and a customer-focused mindset when dealing with both colleagues and external stakeholders.
