The Executive Assistant (EA) is a trusted partner to senior leadership at B&P, ensuring the Executive Team operates efficiently and strategically. This role combines high-level administrative support with proactive coordination of projects, meetings, and communications
Main Responsibilities
Diary & Schedule Management
Maintain complex calendars for multiple executives.
Prioritise and schedule meetings, anticipating conflicts.
Prepare agendas and briefing packs for leadership meetings.
Travel & Logistics
Organise domestic and international travel (flights, hotels, visas).
Prepare detailed itineraries and manage last-minute changes.
Communication & Gatekeeping
Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Screen calls, emails, and correspondence; manage inboxes.
Draft professional responses and maintain confidentiality.
Meeting & Event Support
Coordinate logistics for board meetings, offsites, and client events.
Take minutes, track actions, and ensure timely follow-up.
Document & Information Management
Draft, edit, and format reports, presentations, and proposals.
Maintain filing systems and safeguard sensitive information.
Financial & Administrative Support
Process expense reports and invoices.
Monitor budgets and identify cost efficiencies.
Project & Strategic Support
Assist with special projects and cross-departmental initiatives.
Conduct research and prepare analysis for decision-making.
Skills and Experience
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication.
High level of discretion and professionalism.
Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital tools.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 30,000.00-36,000.00 per year
