Role: Executive Assistant
Department: Global Business and Enterprise - UUBS
Grade: 5 (28,381 - 31,654 per annum)
Responsible to: Director of Faculty Operations/School Officer
Campus: Derry-Londonderry

(Permanent, Full-Time)



As a key member of the School Team, the role will support Academic Excellence in its broadest sense, as directed by the pressures/demands of the school and faculty at varying periods throughout the academic year.
The role holder will provide a comprehensive and professional support service to the Faculty/School leadership team. The focus of work may change according to the stage in the academic cycle.
The role holder should have a detailed and in-depth working knowledge and understanding across all school activities including partnerships, in order to interpret staff/student requirements and proactively provide a range of support to staff.
