This is an opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join a friendly and supportive team who work together in a complex fast paced environment to support the Executive Leadership Team to manage their time, priorities and focus effectively. No two days are the same and you will work with a broad range of stakeholders on a variety of activities. You will work closely with and support the Executive Leadership Team to ensure delivery of a first-class professional service.
As an experienced PA/EA who supports executive leadership teams, you will be used to working in a complex, fast paced environment. You will need to be organised, flexible and confident and have excellent interpersonal skills. You will also be fully conversant with Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience / Knowledge /Skills
Previous experience of working in a similar role.
Strong administrative and organisational skills, demonstrating absolute attention to detail and confidentiality.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

Highly computer literate, possessing excellent MS Office skills, particularly MS Word with proficient formatting and amendment skills.
