About The Role



This is an opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join a friendly and supportive team who work together in a complex fast paced environment to support the Executive Leadership Team to manage their time, priorities and focus effectively. No two days are the same and you will work with a broad range of stakeholders on a variety of activities. You will work closely with and support the Executive Leadership Team to ensure delivery of a first-class professional service.

As an experienced PA/EA who supports executive leadership teams, you will be used to working in a complex, fast paced environment. You will need to be organised, flexible and confident and have excellent interpersonal skills. You will also be fully conversant with Microsoft Office Suite.

About You



Experience / Knowledge /Skills



Previous experience of working in a similar role. Strong administrative and organisational skills, demonstrating absolute attention to detail and confidentiality. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. Able to inspire trust and confidence at senior management levels, comfortable communicating at all levels of the business and able to build strong and trusted relationships with others. Highly computer literate, possessing excellent MS Office skills, particularly MS Word with proficient formatting and amendment skills. Excellent command of English spelling, punctuation and grammar; able to communicate clearly and concisely in both written and verbal modes. High standards of ethics and confidentiality to handle sensitive information.

Qualifications



GCE/GCSE English and Maths or equivalent work experience.
