Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and intelligent Executive Admin Assistant to support the director. This role is crucial in ensuring that the director's schedule is well-managed, and all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the director's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments, and ensuring that they attend all necessary engagements.
Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings.
Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other communications, responding on behalf of the director when appropriate.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience in an executive assistant or similar role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
High level of discretion and professionalism.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office management software.
