What will you contribute?

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support, ensuring seamless coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders. Supports strategic execution by managing complex schedules, preparing executive communications, and facilitating the smooth operation of office and location services.


Key Responsibilities:



Executive-Level Support



Manages the dedicated calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics. Handles confidential communications and documentation with discretion. Prepares correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting minutes.

Strategic Coordination



Tracks key initiatives and ensures timely follow-up on strategic deliverables. Prepares executive briefings and supports alignment across priorities.

Office & Location Support



Oversees the functioning of office facilities and support services. Enhances and follows processes to improve business efficiency. Screens and directs incoming calls, visitors, mail, and email.

Stakeholder Engagement



Facilitates communication and relationship management across global teams.

Skills & Experience



Experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools. Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage sensitive information and adapt to shifting priorities. Familiarity with administrative processes and standards. May provide guidance and scheduling support to less experienced team members.
