The Opportunity

Miller is seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join our team and provide dedicated support to two members of the GEC.

This role is pivotal in delivering high-level administrative and operational assistance, ensuring the smooth running of daily activities and enabling the executives to concentrate on strategic priorities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including offering secretarial support and managing the executives' schedules to maximise efficiency and prioritise commitments.

The role demands a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information and interactions.

Key duties also include liaising with Board members to organise and manage board or committee meetings, fostering strong relationships with key clients and external partners, and serving as a point of contact between the executives and other business units or branches.

Additional responsibilities involve managing business projects by creating timelines, reviews, and action plans, as well as coordinating travel arrangements, such as meeting schedules, travel bookings, and accommodation. The role also includes reconciling monthly expenses for both the executives and the individual in this position, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, and handling all communications, correspondence, and enquiries on behalf of the executives.

Other duties include preparing and delivering documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations for meetings, and organising conferences, workshops, seminars, dinners, social events, and public appearances. The role also involves maintaining and updating internal databases like Salesforce, taking and distributing minutes during meetings, and providing cover for other Executive Assistants when needed.

Finally, the role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to suggesting and implementing continuous improvements in working practices and procedures to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.

Miller is committed to providing equal opportunities to all applicants and to creating an inclusive working environment for all.

We offer an excellent benefits package including generous annual leave, pension contributions and Private healthcare.
