The Hive London is an internationally renowned Stadium facility and Football Centre which is the largest of its kind in Europe. As well as Artificial and Grass football facilities there is a gym, medical scanning centre, banqueting, event spaces, bars and Starbucks Cafe.

The Executive Assistant (

EA

) to the Directors will provide high-level administrative and organisational support to the Board of Directors. This role is central to ensuring the Directors' time is optimised, priorities are managed effectively, and strategic objectives are supported. The EA will act as a trusted gatekeeper and liaison, handling sensitive information with discretion while maintaining a high degree of professionalism.

Including but not limited to:

Provide comprehensive diary management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.

Act as the first point of contact for the Directors, managing correspondence, emails, and calls. Prepare, collate, and circulate meeting papers, presentations, and briefing notes. Attend meetings as required, taking minutes and following up on action points. Assist with preparation and coordination of board papers, agendas, and documentation. Maintain accurate and confidential records, including contracts and governance documents. Liaise across departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination. Support HR and admin departments, as and where required. Act as a professional representative for the company / Directors, including in meetings.
Essential:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar senior administrative role. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including drafting correspondence . High degree of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships at all levels. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Desirable:

Experience supporting Directors, C-Suite, or Board-level executives. Familiarity with governance processes and board administration.
Professional, polished and approachable.

Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues. Resilient, adaptable, and able to work with discretion in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented. A team player who can also work independently and exercise sound judgment.
Competitive salary: Up to 50,000 per annum - based on experience
