Job Description

This role provides high-level executive support to the CEO, Group Managing Director, and senior leadership team. It requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a range of administrative, diary, travel, and board-related responsibilities.


Acting as a key point of coordination, the role is central to the smooth running of the Directors' Office and plays a vital role in supporting strategic priorities, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining professional standards across all executive-level interactions.

Key Purpose & Roles:



Responsible for detailed diary management. Booking all travel and preparing itineraries for CEO & Group MD (UK and International) using company resources. Arrangement of and extensive minute taking for Senior management meetings, board meetings, Group MD & CEO Prepare presentations/documents for internal and external meetings for CEO & Group MD Assisting the CEO & MD and board members Managing databases and filing systems for Board Meetings/Directors Office Implementing and maintaining financial procedures/administrative systems Monthly expenses for Group MD & CEO. In conjunction with FOH Collating and filing office expenses. In conjunction with FOH Prepare all external correspondence; letters/formatting from Directors Office Invoice, record keeping & filing ensuring all records are digitally filed and organised on the Google Drive - Directors and RM Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines - following up of all actions and the administration & reporting of those

Requirements:




o Degree or professionally qualified


o Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.


o Excellent team working skills


o Excellent verbal and written communication skills


o Excellent organisational skills
