We host 3 flagship summits in the US, Germany and Mexico, offer a structured mentorship program and run workshops to address industry challenges.
The Opportunity
This isn't your typical assistant role, it's for someone who thrives on variety, loves bringing order to chaos, and takes pride in making things happen.
You'll work directly with our CEO, an entrepreneur with more ideas than hours in the day to turn vision into action. You'll help manage his time, priorities, and projects, ensuring nothing slips and the business keeps moving at pace.
Think of yourself as the
bridge between ideas and execution
: following up on leads, keeping the CRM tidy, liaising with the team to make sure requests are realistic (and not too many at once!), and generally keeping operations calm, clear, and productive.

Key Responsibilities
Work side-by-side with the CEO to keep all sales and partnership activities organised.
Prepare and send proposals and partnership offers, and follow up with warm leads or members.
Manage and update the CRM (ActiveCampaign) with notes, tasks, and next steps.
Coordinate with internal and external parties
Track renewals, next actions, and small deals independently.
Coordinate diary and call schedules, ensuring meetings and prep materials are ready.
Manage follow-ups, communications, and reminders for key partners or projects.
Support general operational tasks from reporting and data tidying to event-related logistics.
Research, organise, and assist with special projects as needed.
