The Role




To provide proactive, high-level administrative and organisational support to Business Founders and other members of the Executive Team.


The Executive Assistant will ensure the smooth running of daily operations, manage complex schedules, and act as a key point of contact both internally and externally.

Responsibilities



Manage complex and ever-changing diaries, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel for Execs.


Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items for key meetings.


Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation.


Screen and prioritise emails, calls, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses.


Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents.


Liaise with internal teams and external partners on behalf of Execs.


Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.


Research on behalf of the founders and collation of key documents.


Assist with ad hoc projects and events as required.

Skills & Experience




Essential Knowledge and Experience:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar senior administrative role. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience managing complex diaries and travel arrangements. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
