: Executive Assistant (2 Positions Available) - Reporting Directly to CEO & COO

Location

: Manchester (office-based) with occasional travel required across our UK and Ireland sites.

Role summary

: Provide high-level support to the CEO or COO, managing professional and personal priorities with efficiency and confidentiality. This role demands strong organisational skills to enhance executive productivity in a high-growth consultancy. Candidates with prior experience are preferred, though exceptional potential from motivated early-career professionals will be considered. Willingness to travel is essential.

Responsibilities

:

Schedule and Communication Management

: Maintain executive calendars, prioritise appointments, manage correspondence, and serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients and regulatory bodies.

Travel and Logistics Coordination

: Arrange domestic and international travel (UK/Ireland), including itineraries, accommodations, and on-site support during site visits to Manchester, Northampton, and Dublin.

Administrative and Project Support

: Handle reporting, preparation of documents for meetings, and coordination of events. Assist with personal administrative tasks as required, maintaining utmost discretion.

Stakeholder Engagement

: Facilitate relationships with senior colleagues and external partners to maintain an efficient workflow.

Proactive Initiative

: Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies, contributing to process improvements and team initiatives.

Must haves

:

Previous experience in an executive assistant, personal assistant or a role that requires high levels of organisation, ideally in a professional services environment. Strong organisational abilities, with proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Suite and CRM software. Absolute discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information. Flexibility for travel, and ability to manage short-notice trips from time to time. Alignment with a collaborative, high-performance culture in a fast-paced environment. A full driving license.

Nice to haves

:

Familiarity with tax or consultancy sectors. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel) or CRM systems.
