We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to support our Strategic Directors. This role is pivotal in ensuring the Director's time is used efficiently, meetings are productive, and strategic projects progress smoothly. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and coordination skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties:
Prepare all necessary meeting documents and ensure the directors are well prepared
Take minutes and actions of meetings and distribute accordingly
Monitor, respond to and distribute incoming communications (email & post)
Organise, coordinate, and schedule internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas and briefing materials
Liaise with clients, suppliers and other staff
Manage personal commitments of the Managing Director
Assist with other business commitments of the Managing Director
Create presentations and format documents within the Company brand guidelines for Directors
Manage and maintain the director's diaries and make all travel arrangements Arrange and co-ordinate all meetings and company events
Assist in the coordination and monitoring of ongoing strategic projects.
Manage the day-to-day running of Green Lane Business Centre
Assist in the day-to-day running of Harrington House Estates
Adhoc administration and projects when required
Experience:
Previous experience of providing EA support at Board level
Proven leadership experience
Working as part of a team
Skills:
Judgment and decision-making ability
Information gathering and monitoring
Excellent word processing and IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other commonly used office packages
