Executive Assistant (to the COO)/ Operations Support



JOB TITLE:



Operational Coordinator / Executive Assistant



SUMMARY:



Zayo Europe is looking for an Operations Coordinator and Executive Assistant to the Chief Operations Officer. This role takes primary responsibility in providing executive assistance to the COO whilst also supporting Chief Product Officer. The role also entitles administrative support across the wider operational organisation .



RESPONSIBILITIES:



Maintain all confidential information with discretion Manage the COO's diary, including scheduling meetings and organising travel arrangements with an objective of ensuring an understanding of prioritisation Manage all COO & CPO admin requirements Organise and manage team events across the European offices Ensure the operational documentation and processes are well maintained and presented Collaborate with the wider EU EA team to ensure seamless coordination across departments and regions Track and manage actions from weekly meetings with the operations leadership team Manage all travel requirements for the COO and Operations Directors Deliver internal communications Coordinate and prepare meeting materials such as agendas, briefs , presentations and minutes Collaborate and assist the wider operational team with key strategic projects, including budgets, analysis, and forecasting Raise and track necessary purchase orders Lead the successful development of the " Apprentership Academy"

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:



Experience in telecommunications / admin assistance (preferable but not essential) Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioriti se tasks in a fast-paced environment Must be proactive, self- motivated , self-sufficient and a team player Strong communication skills both written and verbal Strong presentations skills and computer literacy with experience using Word, Excel and additional Office365 applications Must be able to work on a flexible schedule. Willing to work outside of normal business hours where necessary Must be able to communicate efficiently and effectively at all levels.
