George House Business Centre is currently looking for a skilled and reliable executive assistant with soft skills in accountancy to help with P&L reports and join our team at our beautiful Fitzroy Square location. If you are detail oriented, have strong excel skills and are passionate about keeping financial records in top shape we would love to hear from you!
Duties
Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping records
Prepare profit and loss (P&L) statements
Manage day to day requests from director
Assist with invoices and expenses
Provide general support to director and internal teams
Manage building and internal/external client meetings requests
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including tables, formulas,)
- Strong bookkeeping skills
- Comfortable with managing different tasks and day-to-day requests from director
- Experience with any accounting software is preferable
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
