Job Title: Executive Assistant to CEO

Responsible to: CEO

Based: 20 Brune Street , Brune Street, London E1 7NB

Salary Band - 45,000

This role will involve providing high quality administrative and supportive service to the CEO, whilst ensuring there is a planned approach to complex diary management and daily meetings. The role will also involve ensuring board meetings are booked and all documentation needed for the meetings are compiled, accessible and produced to a high standard and all post meeting outcomes are recorded and distributed within the required timeframes.

Principle duties and responsibilities



Efficient and proactive diary management. Arranging internal and external meetings and preparing necessary documentation including SMT Meetings Preparing agendas and take minutes (following up on action points) High quality document production (briefing papers, reports and presentations) Drafting of documents, presentations and letters. Manage multiple inboxes. Collecting and analysing data. Preparing reports and management information Manage professional and personal scheduling for CEO, including agendas, mail, email, phone calls, client management, and other company logistics. Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management, as well as content and flow of information to senior executives. Manage senior executives' travel logistics and activities, including accommodations, transportation, and meals. Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials. Organize team communications and plan events, both internal and off-site Provide administration support including maintaining filing systems, typing correspondence and copying. Attend meetings, take formal records of minutes, and process these in accordance with the Firm's standards and requirements. Organise refreshments and buffets for meetings when directed. Maintaining high levels of customer service at all times All other duties commensurate within the role

Candidates must possess previous experience in a similar role, accurate typing skills and have excellent attention to detail. The ideal applicant will also have the ability to work under pressure using their own initiative.
