In the role of Executive Assistant, you'll predominantly be based at Waterfront and your focus will be on providing a professional, supportive, and customer-oriented service, acting as the first point of contact for visitors, stakeholders, students, and parents. Additionally, you will work closely with the Principal's PA to manage executive administration effectively.

Your key responsibilities will be managing multiple schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling communications to enhance executive and organisational effectiveness. You will perform a wide range of administrative duties, ensuring efficient workflow and fostering collaboration. This includes organising meetings, taking minutes, drafting correspondence, and producing complex documentation in various formats such as Word, Excel, PDF, and PowerPoint, including confidential materials.

Ideally, you'll have an English Level 2 qualification and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. You should have proven experience in operations management, project coordination, or as an Executive Assistant, ideally within a corporate or academic environment. A strong understanding of administrative functions, process streamlining, and experience in executive administration or similar operational roles is essential. Familiarity with college operations or academic institutions is desirable. Key skills include excellent problem-solving, organisational, and data analysis abilities, as well as the capacity to work independently. Strong communication, professionalism, and confidentiality are crucial. Awareness of AI technologies for process improvement is a plus. Additionally, you should demonstrate the college's values of Kindness, Unity, and Excellence in your work.
