Description
Apple Ads EMEA covers 4 different offices, Paris, Berlin, Dubai & London and developers across more than 50 countries. As an EA to the Head of Apple Ads, EMEA, this means looking after a busy cross-functional calendar. You will oversee diary management, travel plans and help plan and deliver meetings for the wider senior team, as well as collaborating with Executive Admins and Executives within the wider Apple organisation. This opportunity is ideal for someone who can handle and maintain highly confidential and sensitive information, proactively manage team support, all the way to helping onboarding new employees
Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong demonstrable experience as an Assistant to an Executive-level leader is preferred.
  • Extensive diary management and organisation of travel.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, anticipate issues, stay calm under pressure and work amongst ambiguity.
  • Strong interpersonal/relationship-building skills and proactive collaboration with the team.
  • Exceptional assessment and organisational skills; attention to detail and excellent follow-through.
  • Demonstrates the ability to take initiative, anticipate needs and exercise independent/sound judgment.
  • Global awareness to time zones, culture and logistics.
  • Direct experience taking care of sensitive and conflicting situations in a diplomatic manner.
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written involving high-level communication with internal and external contacts.
  • Effective time management, uses initiative to prioritise workload and execute against multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
