The Role.



Proactively manage and maintain diaries, scheduling meetings and appointments for the Regional Sales Manager (RSM)

Generate and distribute regular reports

Analyse and format data into comprehensive reports for quarterly showroom meetings.

Collate, update and monitor key performance statistics for showroom managers

Track and report on customer reviews to develop an efficient review monitoring and escalation system

Follow up on outstanding actions and tasks identified during showroom health check visits

Upload and maintain records of 1:1 meetings

Provide general administrative support to Regional Sales Manager

Administrative Support:



Sales Reporting:

Prepare reports on sales performance

Monitor and track key performance metrics in the showrooms

Provide data-driven insights to the Regional Sales Manager

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):



Maintain CRM workflows in relation to staffing changes

Monitor sales activities within the CRM

Implement new processes to support Showroom Managers with CRM reporting

Design and maintain a library of email templates for daily communications and specific campaigns

Managing Schedules and Meetings:



Organise meetings, prepare agendas, maintain a forward planner for upcoming topics items

Note taking / maintain and follow up on actions

Arrange travel and accommodation as required

Ensure showrooms are on track with their commitments.

Paperwork and Documentation:



Prepare reports and presentations for weekly Showroom Managers meeting

Maintain and organise electronic filing system

Manage documentation to support efficient record-keeping.

Other Responsibilities:



Inventory Management (Head Office):

Assist with inventory checks

Support with re-ordering office supplies, ensuring sufficient stock levels at all times

Communication and Coordination:



Liaise with various teams, including Marketing, Accounts and Customer Support, to support smooth day to day operations, highlighting urgent issues as appropriate.

Problem-Solving:



Identify and resolve issues, seeking support as necessary,

Collaborate with Marketing team to develop robust processes to support the RSM in managing incoming customer reviews and product updates

Work with the Marketing team to develop a library of response templates and develop a clear escalation processes for customer reviews

Provide general administrative support to the Sales team

Skills / Attributes:



Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Strong organisational skills (multi-tasking, prioritisation)

Reliable time management (able to complete tasks within set deadlines)

Close attention to detail and accuracy

Proactive, resourceful and capable of working independently using sound initiative

Creative problem-solving approach

Confidence with modern IT systems and tools, including Microsoft Outlook, MS Teams, SharePoint, HubSpot / CRM systems and AI-powered platforms where appropriate.

Pay



Salary - 25,000 - 28,000

Working hours



Monday - Friday, 9-5pm

37.5 hours per week

May be required to travel to showrooms on occasion (to be discussed on appointment)

Experience:



Administration: 2 year

Statistics / data analysis would be an advantage

Experience supporting multi-site operations or dispersed sales teams

Driving License necessary

INTERVIEWS :



First Stage Interviews will be held for this role on:

Wednesday 13th, Thursday 14th, Thursday 15th August

Second Stage Interviews will be held for this role:

Thursday 21st and Thursday 28th August

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 25,000.00-28,000.00 per year
