Job Summary



The Executive Assistant will work directly with the Chairman, serving as a key liaison, managing daily communications, scheduling, travel arrangements, and public relations coordination. This role requires discretion, efficiency, attention to detail, and strong organisational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities



Executive Support:



Manage the Chairman's calendar, appointments, and meetings with accuracy and foresight. Prioritize and respond to emails, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of the Chairman. Prepare agendas, reports, minutes, and follow-ups for meetings.

Travel & Logistics:



Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, and ground transport. Ensure detailed itineraries and contingency planning.

Public Relations & Communication:



Draft and review communications, presentations, and press statements. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including media, partners, and VIPs. Maintain professional and effective communication representing the Chairman's office.

Administrative Excellence:



Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Assist in managing projects, delegating tasks, and tracking progress. Support in organizing events, speaking engagements, and public appearances.

Qualifications:



Proven experience (3-5 years) as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting C-level executives. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and modern digital tools (e.g., Teams, Slack, Trello). Experience in PR, stakeholder communication, or media handling is a plus. Discretion and professionalism always. Bachelor's degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Pay: 30,000.00-36,000.00 per year
