Role Overview




As Executive Assistant to the Head of Hotels, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth and efficient running of our leadership office. This position requires a highly organised, discreet, and proactive individual who can anticipate needs, manage complex schedules, and support strategic business initiatives across the Montcalm Collection portfolio.

Key Responsibilities



Provide full executive and administrative support to the Head of Hotels, including diary management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation Act as a liaison between the Head of Hotels and internal/external stakeholders, always maintaining professionalism and confidentiality Manage communications on behalf of the Head of Hotels, drafting correspondence, presentations, and reports as required Coordinate and minute senior management meetings, ensuring timely follow-up on actions and priorities Support the preparation and submission of board reports, performance updates, and key documents for group-wide initiatives Organise events, leadership offsites, and cross-departmental projects Monitor deadlines and assist with project management support across operational and strategic workstreams Assist with HR and confidential staff-related matters in collaboration with People & Culture Champion the values and ethos of the Montcalm Collection in every interaction

About You



Proven experience as an Executive Assistant at C-suite or senior leadership level, ideally within hospitality, lifestyle, or a creative sector Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a natural ability to engage diplomatically and professionally High level of discretion and integrity in managing sensitive information Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment Tech-savvy, confident with Microsoft Office, project management tools, preparation programmes and calendar platforms Passion for hospitality, luxury service, and brand storytelling Calm, poised, and solutions-oriented
