We're looking for a brilliant Executive Assistant to join
Atwal Wealth Management
, a boutique wealth management practice, serving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
This is not your average EA role. You'll help Harpreet manage the demands of advising private clients, running a small, high-performing team, and managing strategic initiatives and projects across wealth, philanthropy, and men's health and wellbeing groups.
Your Key Responsibilities
Diary & Inbox Management: Efficiently handle scheduling, inbox filtering, prioritisation, and meeting preparation
Client Service Excellence: Liaise with HNW clients with professionalism and care; draft emails, follow-ups and client communications
Operational Support: Support Harpreet and his small team with project tracking, events, presentations, and internal organisation
Workflow Coordination: Act as the central point of contact for our small team, ensuring tasks and priorities are aligned and executed
Marketing & Events Support: Coordinate communications, assist with content scheduling, and support events and public appearances
Confidential Administration: Handle sensitive financial and personal information with complete discretion
Supporting Harpreet with his personal day to day activities
You'll Need To Be
Calm under pressure, impeccably organised, and ahead of the curve
A natural communicator with outstanding written and verbal skills
Tech-savvy (comfortable with Microsoft 365, Dropbox, CRM tools, or willing to learn fast)
Self-motivated, reliable, and trustworthy
Ideally experienced in working with financial professionals or private clients
Based in or very near Solihull, and happy to be office-present with some flexibility for hybrid working
