As part of the CEO's office, you'll provide proactive, professional, and highly confidential support to the Senior Leadership Team. This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same - you'll be trusted to manage priorities, build relationships, and make a real difference to the way we work.
Key Responsibilities
Provide an effective and efficient personal assistant role to the Executive Team including secretarial, clerical and administrative support
Be a first line of contact for enquiries from internal and external sources, assessing and handling queries in full
Responsible for the Executive Team diaries including scheduling recurring routine meetings, managing and handling papers for wide variety of boards and meetings
Planning and preparing for events, working in collaboration with other departments and external parties
Building and maintaining strong relationships and liaising effectively with the College's internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Executive Team and wider SLT
Support and deputise for the Senior Executive Assistant as required
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
We're looking for someone who can bring:Significant experience as a PA or EA, supporting senior executives in the public or private sector
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence liaising at all levels
Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems
High attention to detail and strong IT skills to support effective administration
