Executive Assistant/account Executive

Job Description

Firestarter is a hands?on consultancy helping organisations improve sales performance, drive commercial growth and remove barriers to scaling. We're expanding our team and looking for an organised, proactive Executive Assistant / Account Executive to support several Senior Account Directors across multiple client projects.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast?paced, multi?client environment and takes pride in enabling teams to deliver high?quality work.

The Role



Operational & Client Delivery Support

Preparing agendas, meeting packs and action logs Tracking actions, maintaining project plans and coordinating workflows Managing documentation, templates and client folders
Client Communication

Acting as a responsive first point of contact Scheduling meetings, sending updates and maintaining smooth communication Ensuring clients receive a consistent, professional experience
Commercial & CRM Administration

Updating CRM data and maintaining pipeline accuracy Tracking renewals and supporting proposals/SOW creation Preparing materials for client reviews and internal reporting
Data, Reporting & Insight

Producing summaries, dashboards, briefing notes and research Creating trackers, reports and supporting materials for Account Directors
Internal Coordination

Diary management and cross?team coordination Supporting workshops, events, travel logistics and internal processes
Some occasional national (and potentially international) travel may be required.

About You



We're looking for someone structured, dependable and commercially minded, with excellent communication skills and confidence in working directly with senior stakeholders.

You will thrive in this role if you are:

Highly organised, consistent and detail?driven Experienced in supporting executives or account teams within sales, consulting or similar professional environments Comfortable handling multiple priorities simultaneously A strong written communicator with excellent document?creation skills Proficient with CRM systems, Microsoft Office and cloud?based tools Able to work proactively and independently, staying one step ahead Professional, resilient and discreet when handling sensitive information Commercially aware and confident working with numbers, pipelines and forecasts
Qualifications: Degree or equivalent experience.
