Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant willing to learn the business. In this role, you will support our executive by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, communicating with customers admin team/external resources and ensuring efficient office operations. Your contributions will be vital in helping the executive stay organised and maintain our commitment to delivering exceptional IT services to customers.
Responsibilities
Proven administrative experience in a similar role
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with Salesfoce / CRM, Mailchimp applications a plus
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Experience with data entry and clerical work is preferred.
Coordinate with internal team (timesheets, blog, RFP proposal responses/time management, creating company information templates)
Special project assistance (LinkedIn search, Resource outreach, Salesforce DB update)!
Qualifications
Manage executive schedules and coordinate appointments
Organize and prepare materials for meetings
Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of executives
Maintain organized filing systems and documentation
Assist with data entry and administrative tasks as needed
Support team-building activities and training sessions
Ensure smooth operations and assist with clerical duties
Utilize Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Mailchimp effectively.
Some Social Medial experience would be nice.
