About the role:



The Executive Business Partner (EBP) acts as the central strategic and operational enabler to the Group Leadership Team which consists of the Group CEO, COO and CPO. This is a progressive, high-impact role that goes beyond traditional executive support to deliver strategic partnership, leadership team coordination, governance oversight, and operational excellence. The EBP will manage a high-performing executive support function, ensuring consistent standards, flexibility, and business continuity across all areas of executive and governance support. Through exceptional organisation, foresight, and relationship management, the EBP will ensure that the CEO and Group Leadership Team can focus their time and energy on delivering the Group's strategic and commercial priorities.



Your responsibilities:





Manage the CEO's time, commitments, and communications with sound judgement and strategic awareness. Ensure preparation of Board and Group Leadership Team (GLT) briefings, reports, and presentations are executed to a high standard. Support the COO, Deputy CEO and CPO with designated projects, strategic reviews, and cross-functional initiatives. Track progress on strategic initiatives, ensuring follow-through and communication of outcomes. Lead, develop and nurture the Executive PA pool, creating a cohesive, resilient, and high-performing team. Embed continuous improvement practices and professional standards to ensure consistent service delivery across all executive support activities. Oversee, through the PA to Board and Governance, the end-to-end coordination and administration of Board and regulated committee meetings. Identify and implement improvements to streamline executive operations, governance processes, and information flow. Support ongoing transformation of executive support to align with the Group's growth and international expansion.



What you'll bring:





Established experience supporting a CEO, Board, or C-suite executive within a complex, multi-entity, or regulated organisation. Proven track record of managing or leading a team and their performance, with a collaborative leadership style. Strong understanding of corporate governance and Board administration, including regulated committee processes. Excellent planning, coordination, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with credibility at senior and Board level. High levels of discretion, integrity, and sound professional judgement. Advanced digital literacy, including Microsoft 365, Teams, and document management platforms.
