The role...

Job Title: Executive Chef/ Manager

Site: Thames Christian School, London, SW11

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Shifts & Working hours: Approx 7am-4pm 45 hours per week

Working Weeks: 42 weeks per year (term tiime plus 3 weeks)

Pay Details: 50,000 per year

Duties Include:

Managing the kitchen, food production and service points at this prestigious Independent day school The site caters for around 100 at lunch (staff and students) This is a small site - you will be managinga team of 2 catering assistants As the face of the food you will be responsible for making sure the food operation runs like clockwork Your remit includes people management & kitchen based and includes; Stock ordering, hospitlaity menus, staff rotas and food presentation, rotas. basic HR and client based. As the senior manager onsite you work with your team to provide a seamless dining experience for all As Exececutive chef you will be being financially accountable for the unit attaining its GP/COGs Maintaining a high level of food safety and hygiene compliance at all times

Your Background...

As an experienced executive chef you will have strong technical cooking skills with a background in Independent school catering The ability to maintain high standards is a must This role requies sound organisational skills and strong administrative skills
