We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food production and preparation, along with proven leadership skills to manage kitchen operations effectively. Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation. Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring efficient team management and fostering a collaborative environment. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in compliance with health regulations. Develop innovative recipes and menus that reflect current culinary trends while catering to customer preferences. Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to maximise profitability. Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation across all dishes served. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction. Monitor kitchen performance and implement improvements where necessary.

Experience

Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry. Strong background in food production, preparation, and cooking techniques. Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team. In-depth knowledge of food safety standards and best practices. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Culinary qualifications or relevant certifications are preferred but not essential.
