Overview


We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic

Executive Chef

to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess extensive culinary expertise, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for innovative food presentation. This role involves overseeing all kitchen operations, managing staff, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining the highest quality of food service across our establishment. The Executive Chef will play a pivotal role in menu development, inventory control, and maintaining a cohesive team dedicated to excellence in hospitality and cuisine.

Responsibilities



Lead and supervise the culinary team to ensure efficient kitchen operations and high-quality food production. Develop innovative menus that align with brand standards and customer preferences, including fine dining and catering options. Oversee food preparation, presentation, and service to guarantee consistency and excellence. Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and minimizing waste. Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation standards across all kitchen areas. Coordinate shift management to ensure seamless service during all operating hours. Oversee dietary department requirements, accommodating special dietary needs with professionalism and accuracy. Supervise catering events, banquets, and large-scale food production with attention to detail. Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff to foster professional growth and maintain team motivation. Collaborate with management on budget planning, cost control, and resource allocation. Maintain a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, hospitality, and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications



Proven experience in
