We are an exciting new restaurant concept in Farnborough offering a curated multi-cuisine dining experience. Our menu blends the best of Indian, Southeast Asian, Middle Eastern, Mediterranean, and Western favourites - all crafted with authenticity, innovation, and flair. We are looking for a visionary Executive Chef to lead our kitchen and shape the culinary identity of our brand.

The Role
As Executive Chef, you will be responsible for leading the entire kitchen operation - from menu development and kitchen management to team leadership and food quality control. You'll create elevated, diverse dishes that reflect multiple international cuisines, while ensuring efficiency, consistency, and excellence in every plate served.

Key Responsibilities
Lead a talented kitchen team across multiple cuisine styles: Indian, Pan-Asian, Middle Eastern, Mediterranean, and Western
Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations including prep, service, and hygiene
Design and develop innovative, seasonal menus with strong attention to authenticity and presentation
Ensure food is prepared to the highest standard in line with portion control, consistency, and health regulations
Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive, professional kitchen culture
Manage kitchen budgets, stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships
Maintain full compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP, etc.)
Collaborate with front-of-house and management to maintain smooth service and guest satisfaction
Monitor and control food cost, labour, and wastage to meet profitability targets

Requirements
5+ years of experience as Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-quality, multi-cuisine or modern restaurant
Strong understanding of multiple global cuisines, especially South Asian, Asian, and Mediterranean fare
Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team under pressure
Strong understanding of kitchen finance, food costing, stock control, and compliance
Creative, organised, and quality-focused with strong attention to detail
Certification in Food Hygiene & Safety (Level 3 or higher)
Passion for delivering exceptional food and memorable dining experiences
