About You



We are seeking an

Executive Chef

who is passionate about food and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will bring creativity, vision, and operational expertise to our kitchens, leading by example and inspiring your teams. You should be adaptable, solutions-focused, and able to balance hands-on service with strategic oversight.

Key Responsibilities



As Executive Chef, you will oversee and work in both sites on shift and be responsible for:

Menu Development & Innovation

- Designing and evolving menus that are vibrant, exciting, and commercially successful.

Costings & Profitability

- Managing food costings, GP margins, and supplier relationships to ensure financial efficiency.

Recruitment & Training

- Building strong kitchen teams, recruiting talent, and delivering ongoing training and mentorship.

Operational Excellence

- Overseeing ordering, stock control, and inventory management across both sites.

Compliance & Standards

- Ensuring all kitchens meet sanitary, food safety, and health & safety regulations.

Service Leadership

- Running busy services with precision, maintaining impeccable preparation, presentation, and consistency.

Collaboration with Head Office

- Working strategically with management to align culinary direction with business goals and growth plans.

Requirements



Proven experience as a Head Chef as a minimum or an Executive Chef role looking for a change. Strong leadership and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multi-site operations. Passion for food, creativity, and a drive to deliver excellence. High standards of compliance
