The role criteria
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategically minded Committee Secretary to lead the governance and secretariat support for our Executive Committee (ExCo).
Substantial experience
in managing senior-level executive committees, with a strong grasp of governance frameworks and secretariat best practice.
Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders, including the CEO and Executive Committee members.
Strategic thinking
and planning capability, enabling you to align committee business with organisational priorities and anticipate emerging governance needs.
High attention to detail
, ensuring accuracy in minutes, decision records, and governance documentation.
Strong judgement and discretion
, with the ability to handle sensitive information and provide trusted advice on governance matters.
