luxury brand company
and looking for a proactive
Administrative Assistant
to help me with the setup and day-to-day operations.
Your Role:
As my right-hand person, you'll support the business in key administrative and operational tasks, including:
Managing emails, calendars, and appointments
Handling supplier and client communications
Assisting with document preparation and data entry
Researching luxury market trends and sourcing materials
Coordinating logistics and liaising with vendors
Overseeing social media and brand-related admin (if applicable)
Who You Are:
? Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills
? Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Suite
? Ability to multitask and work independently
? A passion for luxury brands, fashion, or high-end services is a plus
