We're looking for an inclusive and commercially astute leader with deep cyber insurance expertise to take on a pivotal regional role. This position is designed to complement and empower country teams in executing growth strategies aligned with Aon's clients and market partners. As part of both the EMEA Regional Leadership Team and the Global Cyber Leadership Committee, you'll play a key role in driving innovation, collaboration, and impact across the region and beyond.

What the day will look like
You are responsible (as part of the regional leadership team) for the overall growth of the Cyber practice in EMEA incorporating new client acquisition, growth of existing clients, and identifying organic and inorganic growth opportunities across all segments.Work closely with the Head of Cyber EMEA, Chief Broking Officer EMEA and Head of Claims & Coverage EMEA on a day to day basis to develop the regional cyber strategy.
Lead and manage the conversion of identified new business targets for cyber insurance and consulting
Prepare and present proposals to clients for risk consulting and/or insurance
Own the Cyber content in tender proposals and participate in tender pitches
Engage with insurers around maximising their offering in conjunction with the leadership teams
Develop insurance risk transfer solutions to clients through strong insurer connectivity and broker negotiations across wholesale and retail markets
Targeted new client acquisition at Enterprise level utilising Aon's global value proposition
Work with key stakeholders to ensure that they and their clients/prospective clients are aware of their Cyber risk exposures and the value of Aon's offerings in helping to protect organisations
Promote and deliver to clients Aon's Cyber Risk Analyser and other data and analytics tools
Engage in special projects tailored at developing in country strategies

This executive role reports to the Head of Cyber EMEA, with enterprise?wide impact across Aon EMEA and close collaboration with Global teams. You will shape cyber specialty strategies while uniting teams to deliver differentiated client and commercial outcomes.

Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the highest standard of presentation
Strong time management skills and proven experience working in a high-pressure professional environment

In-depth knowledge and experience working within the Cyber risk space
Exposure to P&L management
Confident in presenting to Boards and 'C' suite executives on Cyber resilience and risk prevention strategies.
