We have an opportunity for an Executive Director to join their team of staff in the Senior Management Team.
This is a full - time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern.
Duties of this role include:
Develop and lead the hospital's annual strategic and operational plan, ensuring alignment with Circle Health Group's (CHG) purpose and values.
Act as the hospital's Registered Manager, ensuring compliance with all regulatory, legal, and governance standards.
Drive operational excellence by delivering safe, responsive, and well-led services, underpinned by data-driven planning and informed decision-making.
Embed safety and quality into all aspects of hospital operations, ensuring decisions, processes, and activities meet the highest standards.
Champion continuous improvement and learning using internal quality indicators, audit results, patient feedback, and performance reviews.
Oversee CQC (or equivalent) compliance, lead inspection responses, and deliver regulatory requirements to maintain a minimum 'Good' rating, aiming for 'Outstanding'.
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
Proven experience in a senior leadership position within a healthcare environment.
Strong understanding of clinical governance, regulatory compliance, and healthcare standards (e.g. CQC).
Degree level education/ post-graduate qualifications or equivalent
Demonstrated track record in leading teams, driving improvement, and delivering financial and operational targets.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
