The School's Executive Education programmes equip professionals with the knowledge and skills to navigate an increasingly complex global landscape. The portfolio includes short courses on leadership, artificial intelligence, finance, sustainability and healthcare, as well as consortia and custom programmes developed in collaboration with industry partners to address sector-specific challenges and strategic priorities.



This exciting role supports the University of St Andrews Business School in marketing its existing portfolio and a new suite of Executive Education offerings, while also strengthening the overall Business School brand and reputation.



Reporting to the Head of Marketing, with a dotted line to the Head of Executive Education , the Executive Education Marketing Manager will focus on multi-channel marketing activities, driving enrolments in both online and in-person Business School programmes. A key priority is expanding the Business School's reach in Executive Education through targeted digital marketing campaigns, with a focus on owned and paid media strategies.



Marketing at the University of St Andrews is going through a period of expansion to support the delivery of the University's strategic objectives. The post-holder must collaborate and manage priorities with the newly positioned unit of Communications, Marketing, and Public Affairs as well as Admissions and other university services.



Operating in a fast-paced environment with a can-do approach, the post-holder will demonstrate the value of expert storytelling and creative flair, playing a pivotal role in delivering high-quality content for coordinated marketing campaigns that support the University of St Andrews Strategy 2022-2027 and the promotion of the Business School's Executive Education portfolio. They will work closely with academic and professional teams across the Business School to map out key priorities and opportunities, developing a marketing strategy that delivers engaging digital and traditional content to prospective students and executive audiences.



This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with innovative colleagues across the University to shape the brand identity of Executive Education and implement it across multiple marketing channels. As an experienced marketer, the post-holder will have a proven track record in crafting strategic, data-driven marketing content to the highest standards. They will create engaging campaigns to drive recruitment for our world-leading Business School programmes, harnessing market research and analytics insights to meet strategic objectives.



Building relationships with stakeholders and global influencers to strengthen the University of St Andrews' narrative around the Business School and its Executive Education offerings will be central to the role. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic marketing professional with a flair for creativity and storytelling to join the UK's leading university.



Previous experience in strategic marketing, digital marketing, and content development at manager level is essential.



This is a hybrid role but regular travel to the University is essential. The Executive Education Marketing Manager will be based primarily in St Andrews across various Business School locations as well as working from Walter Bower House at Eden Campus. Working from home will be available in line with the University's hybrid working policy.
