Job Description

We are looking for an

Executive Head Chef

to lead and inspire our team of culinarians to deliver the highest quality food to our discerning guests at our award-winning Destination Spa, set within the Leicestershire countryside.

Serving approximately 350 guests every day between two dining areas, across all three meal periods, we require an experienced, reliable leader with a proven track record of delivering high quality food.

You should have exceptional kitchen management skills and be up to date with current food trends.

The ideal candidate will have:

Significant previous experience in 4 or 5 star, high volume establishments. A proven track record in managing all aspects of kitchen operations. Ability to manage and control food and labour costs. Ability to drive standards and develop menus in accordance with current trends. A solid understanding of the principles of healthy eating. Ability to develop exceptional dishes that can be enjoyed by guests with restricted diets. Skills to inspire and lead a team in excess of 30 staff. International experience would be beneficial, but is not essential.
