We are now recruiting for a dynamic and passionate Executive Head Chef to join our magnificent hotel. We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic, progressive, hands-on leader to lead our kitchen brigade at the historic Hanbury Manor Marriott Hotel & Country Club.

JOB SUMMARY

The successful candidate will be accountable for the overall success of the daily kitchen operations. They will exhibit culinary talents by personally performing tasks while leading the staff and managing all food related functions. They will be responsible for working to continually improve guest and associate satisfaction while maximising the financial performance in all areas of responsibility. Supervising all kitchen areas to ensure a consistent, high-quality product is produced while minimising food waste.


Other responsibilities include, guiding and developing staff including direct reports. Ensuring sanitation and food standards are achieved. Overseeing all food preparation areas (e.g., banquets, room service, restaurants, bar/lounge and associate cafeteria) and all support areas (e.g., dish room and purchasing).
