About the role



As our new

Executive Head Housekeeper

, you'll be the driving force behind housekeeping at both hotels - leading, inspiring and overseeing the two Head Housekeepers and their wider teams. You'll take ownership of housekeeping standards across both sites and ensure a consistent, high-quality guest experience.



This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll split your time between the two hotels, champion standards, ensure smooth operations, manage training, stock control and rotas, and support the team in hitting department targets. You'll bring energy, structure and fresh ideas to a department that's crucial to guest satisfaction.

What we need from you




Leadership - You'll already have experience in a senior housekeeping role, managing large teams and supporting line managers. Organisation - You're on top of your game with planning, prioritising, and keeping things running like clockwork. High standards - You take pride in your work and know what good looks like. Communication - You'll be confident working across two teams, engaging with other departments and building a strong culture. Flexibility - You're comfortable working across two locations and supporting the business needs as required.
