The Role



The Executive is responsible for the strategic and operational management of the Group asset and estate to support the delivery of high-quality education and for the development of services in accordance with the College's Strategic Intent.

The post holder provides strategic direction and advice on the estate and assets ensuring that the built environment is safe for students, staff and visitors. The post holder will drive the College's vision for a modern estate, with state-of-the-art facilities, fit for the future of education, which is effective in its use of resources and adapts to changing needs. The post holder will lead on the College's strategic action in relation to Estates and Assets, developing a scalable estate that supports the College's vision and growth. The Executive of Assets and Estates holds corporate and professional responsibility for estates, security, service standards, policies, statutory and regulatory compliance, sustainability, health and safety. The post holder will also lead on commercial lettings of the College estate.
