. We are seeking an extremely organised and proactive

Executive Office Assistant

to join our Head Office team in Jesmond.

This provides general administrative and business support across the group, working closely with and reporting directly to the group's CEO.

Key Responsibilities



Providing administrative support to the CEO, including preparing documents and reports, emails, liaising with contractors and suppliers including local authorities, and other duties as required. Overseeing the administration of company licensing and compliance. Liaising with company suppliers and working alongside Finance Dept to place orders where needed. Office reception duties including telephone answering and monitoring email accounts. General office management, including health & safety, coordinating cleaners, maintenance, and day to day running of the office space. Arranging groupwide staff training and overseeing the internal training platform software. Liaising with Venue Managers to provide administrative support where needed.

Skills & Experience



Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Confident and professional communication skills, both verbal and written. Ideally experienced in communicating with senior company stakeholders. Discretion and trustworthiness; the successful candidate will often be party to confidential information. Tact and diplomacy are essential. Ability to multitask and manage workload in a fast-paced environment. Warm and approachable, with a positive and adaptable attitude. The role occupies the office reception desk so a welcoming and friendly demeanour are a must. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn company-specific software where required. Previous administrative experience, ideally within hospitality, is desirable but not essential.
