A highly experienced Executive Assistant with a proven track record of supporting Board-level and C-suite executives in dynamic, high-performance environments. Able to thrive under pressure and contribute strategically, this individual is a proactive self-starter who exercises sound judgment and discretion.


Tech-savvy and process-oriented, the ideal candidate combines operational efficiency with a hands-on approach, seamlessly balancing strategic initiatives with traditional EA responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities



Complex and extensive diary management, including arranging internal and external meetings, meeting room and hospitality, booking travel, accommodation, and restaurants. Ensuring all briefing papers and supporting documentation is provided in advance To be the gate keeper to the Executive Committee member's time ensuring that it is prioritised and spent in the most efficient and effective manner to suit the business Stakeholder liaison across Group Executive Board and senior teams Proactively underpin and promote the organisation's business strategy and people at the highest and most influential level with trust and discretion Communication: including emailing, answering telephones and drafting of written correspondence on behalf of the Executive General administration duties including submitting expense claims, coordination of holidays within the business unit(s), maintaining up to date business contacts, safe keeping of documentation and dealing with client correspondence Provide cover, support, and share best practices, working as a team with the other Executive Assistant's to effectively support the whole of the Executive Committee Ad hoc project management support: following up on any action points as required, tracking project progress, keeping the Executive Committee aware of the day-to-day progress of business projects, highlighting both problems and successes Willingness to travel to other office locations as and when required


Qualifications

Qualifications and Experienced



Substantial EA experience at an executive or board level Experience of working effectively under pressure with tight deadlines Exceptional organisational and prioritising skills Proven ability to maintain confidentiality with a high degree of discretion Competent in the Microsoft office suite with high degree of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with senior leaders and a range of stakeholders Ability to work as part of a team and individually Previous experience in a financial services organisation or regulated environment. Experience of supporting multiple board members Positive hands-on style, with a flexible approach to changing priorities and needs in a fast-paced environment Capable of taking the initiative and making decisions
