We are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide direct support to our Director. This multifaceted role involves managing key operational elements of Cosmodocs and the Harley Street Institute, including coordinating aesthetic medicine models, overseeing bookings for trainers and trainees, handling sales processes, and implementing innovative marketing initiatives across our medical companies. Additionally, you will occasionally support the Director with personal errands and tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage bookings for trainers, trainees, and models for aesthetic medicine courses.
Assist in driving sales initiatives and managing client relationships for the Harley Street Institute.
Implement and support marketing strategies and promotional programs across our medical businesses.
Manage daily schedules, calendars, emails, and travel arrangements for the Director.
Conduct personal errands and administrative tasks to support the Director's effectiveness.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative support role, preferably in a medical, educational, or sales environment.
Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact professionally with trainers, trainees, clients, and internal teams.
Ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in office management tools (Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, booking and scheduling systems).
An enthusiastic approach, adaptability, discretion, and a professional demeanor.
