You will possess a deep understanding of executive-level roles, strong research skills, and the ability to build relationships with potential candidates. You will contribute significantly to the success of executive searches by providing high-quality candidate pipelines and market intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for delivering against live requisitions to close critical skills gaps within the firm, leading headhunting activities, developing candidate pools in key growth areas, tracking and engaging with the best passive diverse talent in the market.
