Executive Sous Chef

to support our Executive Chef in leading the kitchen team, maintaining impeccable standards, and delivering dishes with precision, creativity, and finesse.

The Role



As

Executive Sous Chef

, you will play a key leadership role in the kitchen, ensuring consistent excellence in execution while supporting all facets of kitchen management. From mentoring junior chefs to refining operational systems, your influence will be instrumental in maintaining our reputation for refined, high-quality cuisine.

Key Responsibilities



Lead daily kitchen operations to ensure the highest standards of preparation, presentation, and taste Support the Executive Chef in delivering a seasonal, modern Italian menu with precision and consistency Oversee kitchen team scheduling, training, and performance management Uphold food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP compliance) across all sections Collaborate with the senior management team to ensure seamless kitchen-to-floor communication Control kitchen costs, monitor GP margins, and manage stock and supplier relationships Maintain a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For



Proven experience as an Executive Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a quality-driven restaurant Deep understanding of premium produce and modern Italian cuisine Leadership skills with a calm, composed approach to service and team management Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for refinement Strong knowledge of kitchen systems, cost control, and compliance Food Hygiene Level 3 (or willingness to obtain) Commitment to excellence and guest satisfaction
